Residents' portal with power monitoring
A community portal for an apartment association, with live grid-outage and voltage monitoring and alerts.
Problem
Residents needed one place for building information and — during constant outages — a clear view of when grid power would be cut and whether the backup supply was holding.
Approach
The portal scrapes the utility's published outage schedule from behind bot protection on a schedule, pulls live voltage from a time-series store, and surfaces a single 'power' page — with Telegram alerts when the grid drops or returns.
